Director, Research Clinicians

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior operational liaison for key sponsor accounts, aiding in governance, issue resolution, service planning, and growth initiatives.

• Assist in pre-award consultations, solution design, scope development, and preparation for bid defenses.

• Collaborate with Sponsors, Sites, Business Development, and Delivery teams to uncover opportunities that enhance clinician value.

• Track industry trends, customer demands, advancements in decentralized clinical trials, and competitive actions to shape the RRC growth strategy.

• Serve as the primary business representative for the RRC in matters related to technology strategy and workflow enhancement initiatives.

• Work in tandem with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure operational processes are in accordance with regulatory and internal quality standards.

• Assess workload, utilization, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Business, Operations, or a related discipline is required.

• Extensive experience in clinical research, decentralized clinical trials, clinical operations, project management, patient/site services, or related healthcare fields.

• Proven experience in supporting complex global clinical trial operations and multi-functional delivery teams.

• Demonstrated history of working with sponsors, sites, and operational stakeholders within a highly matrixed environment.

• Experience in leading strategic initiatives, driving operational improvements, business transformation projects, or service expansion efforts.

• Familiarity with technology-enabled clinical trial delivery models and digital health solutions is preferred.
