This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic and operational head for all research activities at WorldatWork.
• Propel the vision, methodologies, and implementation of market and topical research initiatives.
• Supervise a range of qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Collaborate closely across the organization to transform data into actionable insights.
• Efficiently manage research budgets, timelines, and relationships with vendors.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, events, and other departments.
• Ensure the effective presentation of research data by conceptualizing and designing charts, infographics, and reports.
• Write or oversee the drafting of narrative analyses to elucidate research findings.
• Identify and assess funding opportunities, leading grant proposal efforts.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive market research strategies.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• An MBA or Master’s in a research-related discipline is strongly preferred; a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in research leadership positions, ideally in HR, total rewards, workforce, or professional association settings.
• Proven capability to manage research projects from initiation to completion, encompassing scoping, design, execution, quality control, and presentation.
• Demonstrated success in leading research teams and achieving significant outcomes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate large-scale or competing projects.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to identify key variables, recognize patterns, and develop rapid, data-driven solutions.
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, along with proficiency in relevant data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
