This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and cultivate new account relationships while enhancing and sustaining the current account portfolio within the property mitigation and restoration sector.
• Establish direct partnership initiatives with both new and existing commercial clients, as well as local insurance providers.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Forge and secure new accounts, referrals, and connections with key decision-makers through lead generation, cold calls, and sales pitches.
• Increase market share within existing accounts in designated regions.
• Engage with, educate, and inspire network offices to bolster Business Development efforts.
• Negotiate and finalize Master Service Agreements with commercial partners and residential insurance clients.
• Create and present sales pitches, conduct regular sales outreach, close transactions, and finalize contracts.
• Achieve set sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Develop business relationships and insurance programs with property insurance providers.
• Oversee account management, including resolving disputes, preventing issues, and ensuring compliance with service levels.
• Collaborate with the PDRI Business Development team to identify service opportunities.
• Stay informed about Paul Davis Restoration services and product offerings.
• Support marketing initiatives and maintain regular communication with the Senior Vice President of Business Development.
• Analyze and propose improvements to programs and procedures.
• Utilize approved CRM software to manage contacts, document interactions, and record meetings.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and the 10 Serving Basics.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• A college diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Sales experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and marketing abilities.
• Previous experience with CRM software is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of the insurance industry and claims process.
• Relevant industry trade certifications.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to analyze, defuse, and resolve challenging situations.
• Familiarity with cost analysis techniques.
• Ability to make independent decisions and critically assess situations.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, leadership, organization, and self-motivation.
• Skill in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Experience in restoration, insurance, commercial, or facility sales is a plus.
• Capability to safely operate a company vehicle.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 50% of the time.
