This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Implement the global marketing strategy aligned with the business goals in the ANZ Region
• Take charge of brand management and corporate identity within the region
• Create interest, generate sales leads, and expedite existing opportunities
• Collaborate closely with both the corporate and global marketing teams while partnering with the local team to execute corporate campaigns in the region
• Plan and carry out field-marketing programs
• Oversee and direct all marketing efforts and activities within the marketing department for the region
• Devise and implement the ideal combination of marketing programs for ANZ; determine the most effective messaging, value proposition, channels, and calls to action
• Work in tandem with the corporate PR team and PR agencies to synchronize media and analyst initiatives
• Supervise and manage the execution of marketing events in the region, including conference sponsorships, seminars, client/prospect dinners, and live webinars
• Facilitate the distribution of leads and follow up with the Sales Development and sales teams
• Monitor and enhance campaign performance along with overall ROI for internal stakeholders
• 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, including 7 or more years in B-to-B technology marketing
• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is advantageous; a major in marketing or communications is preferred
• Proven ability to build, lead, and manage a team
• Strategic, highly self-motivated individual who thrives in an environment with limited supervision
• Determined problem solver with a robust work ethic, sense of urgency, and a strong desire to succeed
• Strong drive for action and results-oriented mindset
• Creative marketer with excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail with the capability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive demeanor
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse groups, including executive management, customers, media, and internal teams
• Proven lead generation results that have translated into sales revenue
• Competence in prioritizing, multitasking, and delivering results in a start-up setting
