This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervise and assess the sales initiatives and pricing strategies implemented by the Account Managers within the designated region.
• Implement the sales strategy for the region and oversee all selling activities.
• Accountable for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for the territory.
• Establish sales direction with vision and enthusiasm to inspire the team and exceed targets.
• Ensure that medical professionals progress effectively through the training program.
• Provide timely responses to requests for additional clinical assistance.
• Guarantee that the sales team possesses the necessary skills, relationships, and certifications.
• Relay feedback from customers and the sales team to upper management.
• Visit potential clients in the region to cultivate relationships and promote products.
• Maximize account volume, mix, and the 'Willingness to Recommend' metric.
• Ensure the sales team's deployment is both efficient and effective.
• Oversee the timely recruitment, training, and onboarding of field team talent.
• Manage team performance and development by recognizing strengths and areas for improvement.
• Set ambitious goals and demonstrate a leadership style that aligns with compliance in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with Sales Administration to ensure proper execution and communication of order processing and sales incentive plans.
• A B.A. or B.S. degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in managing healthcare sales teams.
• At least three years of direct experience in medical device sales and support management.
• Expertise and knowledge in sales management and training.
• Extensive familiarity with the Medical Device Industry.
• Ability to guide customers through the learning curve of innovative products/procedures for both routine and complex cases.
• Capable of leading and functioning effectively in a high-performance team environment.
• Skilled in managing and prioritizing workload, multitasking, and addressing a diverse array of issues, responsibilities, and challenges.
• Confident in product knowledge while respecting clinical judgment.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities.
• High adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
• Proven business acumen – understanding market dynamics, key business drivers, marketing strategies, and executing strategic directives compliant with regulations.
