Director, Provider Network Management

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a team comprising project managers and provider network specialists.

• Take ownership of the team's portfolio, ensuring onboarding projects remain up to date.

• Establish clear responsibilities and operational rhythms within the team.

• Supervise the activation and publication of newly onboarded provider groups.

• Deliver regular updates and reports on team performance.

• Optimize and automate the team's routine tasks.

• Recognize bottlenecks and persistent challenges.

• Mentor individuals through transitions and provide support to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in operations, program, or project management.

• More than 5 years of direct experience in managing people.

• Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Proficient in CRM and project management tools.
