This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee comprehensive commercial pipeline reporting for Applied Research Intelligence and Audience Solutions.
• Sustain weekly assessments of pipeline health, forecast precision, conversion metrics, and indicators of commercial momentum.
• Collaborate with various business units, Revenue Operations, and Finance to uphold a unified source of truth.
• Deliver BU-specific data and reporting requirements for Wiley’s Shared Services information systems.
• Develop analytical models and dashboards that act as the BU's single source of truth.
• Manage the creation, drafting, and execution of Monthly Business Reviews.
• Craft concise executive narratives from commercial performance data.
• Coordinate inputs from business units for the centrally managed Quarterly Business Review process.
• Serve as the main BU-side liaison to Shared Services and Revenue Operations.
• Translate BU needs into RevOps priorities and synchronize requirements into centralized programs.
• Facilitate the adoption of central Revenue Operations capabilities.
• Align leadership across Sales, Finance, Product, Revenue Operations, and Marketing.
• Engage effectively with business unit leaders and central function partners without direct authority.
• 6+ years of experience in program and project management, change management, and revenue strategy and operations.
• Proven history of preparing Monthly Business Review cycles and contributing to Quarterly Business Review processes for senior leadership.
• Experience working alongside or within a centralized Revenue Operations function.
• Background in sales analytics, sales operations, sales training, customer success, and onboarding.
• Ability to differentiate BU coordination from central capabilities and facilitate coordination without redundancy.
• Capacity to analyze commercial data directly, build models, identify discrepancies, and validate assumptions.
• Skill in translating analysis into insights suitable for executive review.
• Established ability to coordinate commercial, finance, and product stakeholders without direct line authority.
• Ability to introduce rhythm and structure to a dynamic commercial landscape.
• Competence in collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product, Revenue Operations, and Marketing leadership.
