Director, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a centralized project intake system across CareLinx, Health Data Solutions, Population Health, Life Sciences, and Corporate sectors.

• Create and execute executive reporting processes that enhance visibility into project portfolios, resource distribution, risks, and results across all sectors.

• Direct and oversee cross-divisional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

• Establish and uphold project management standards, methodologies, and best practices throughout the enterprise.

• Engage and communicate with division leaders, stakeholders, and executive management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 5+ years of progressive experience in project management positions.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects.

• Strong comprehension of project management principles and lifecycle.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.

• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
