This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead project and program management efforts, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• May serve as both an individual contributor and a team leader, providing operational guidance and coaching to team members.
• Could be the primary client liaison for specific clinical projects, enhancing customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and fostering repeat business.
• Assumes responsibility for overseeing the delivery of projects or programs on schedule, within budget, to the utmost quality standards, and in accordance with ICH-GCP regulations.
• Empowers team members to effectively manage and deliver quality projects/programs to clients, meeting or exceeding operational and financial targets.
• Collaborates closely with leaders and staff from various functions (Finance, Commercial, Quality, Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, etc.).
• May actively participate in proposal development and Bid Defense Meetings, leveraging expertise to create innovative plans, operational strategies, and budget frameworks.
• Champions process enhancement, risk evaluation, and mitigation, ensuring quality execution.
• Tailors and promotes the implementation of corporate initiatives outcomes within the immediate team and across the function.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in project management within the clinical research or healthcare industries.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative setting.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with an emphasis on delivering successful outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and drive change within a complex organization.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 20%).
