This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic guidance for the project management function.
• Oversee a portfolio of technology projects focusing on AI-driven solutions and innovations in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Establish and promote enterprise project management methodologies, governance frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Align project priorities with the overall organizational strategy.
• Enhance collaboration between product and project management teams.
• Ensure efficient management of project scope, resources, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Drive return on investment (ROI) planning and performance evaluation.
• Maintain and enhance project management processes and methodologies in accordance with PMI and Agile standards.
• Lead the migration, development, and optimization of the project management resource suite utilizing Microsoft Planner and related Microsoft tools.
• Develop, implement, and oversee project management processes, KPIs, visual dashboards, templates, and policies.
• Prepare and present Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to Senior Leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant project management leadership experience in Tech-Ops, RCM operations, or software development settings.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Agile project management certification(s), or plans to obtain one within the next year.
• Direct, hands-on experience in building workflows, templates, or managing portfolios within Microsoft Planner and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proven capability to convey complex, technical, financial, or controversial topics clearly to an executive leadership team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and unify product management and project management teams across different functions.
• Proven experience in managing third-party software vendors and external contractors, including a successful track record of monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring partner deliverables meet technical project timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Proficiency in English is essential for job-related communication, including understanding policies, writing correspondence, and engaging with colleagues or clients.
