This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the accountable leader for the company's Project Delivery platform, ensuring excellence in project delivery across Business Units, geographies, and enterprise leaders.
• Direct the project management talent strategy, encompassing career pathing, progression, readiness, succession planning, and capability enhancement.
• Enhance project delivery lifecycle processes, company standards, and delivery requirements throughout sales and project execution.
• Lead the project management community by sharing lessons learned, best practices, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Champion project management training, onboarding, and development initiatives.
• Oversee and assess project management and delivery processes, standards, training programs, and project performance evaluations.
• Assist in enterprise risk management by identifying, monitoring, escalating high-risk projects, and collaborating with technical and risk management experts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Accounting, Legal, and other stakeholders to facilitate profitable project delivery and implement corrective actions.
• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise project delivery oversight programs and initiatives focused on performance improvement.
• Act as the Business Owner for project management information systems, establishing governance, setting roadmap priorities, and driving continuous improvement strategies.
• Evaluate project management capacity, capabilities, workforce planning needs, and recruitment strategies.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Manage workload planning, performance management, and team operations while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
• At least 15 years of experience in P&L management, project/program management within an integrated multi-discipline project delivery environment, or similar roles.
• A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in efficient resource allocation, matrixed and enterprise leadership, decision-making, project performance management, and achieving significant outcomes.
• Advanced leadership abilities in project delivery governance, change management, and project management development.
• Comprehensive understanding of project and portfolio delivery, project controls, risk management, quality management, and business processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate strategy, standards, and expectations to a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, business acumen, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
• Skilled in assessing project delivery systems, workforce capabilities, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
