Director, Program Strategy – Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of key programs, initiatives, and strategic projects.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Programs, Political Strategy, Communications, Advising, Development, Finance, and Operations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with partners, movement leaders, and stakeholders.

• Organize convenings, training sessions, briefings, and strategic meetings.

• Create implementation plans, project timelines, and systems for accountability.

• Convert partner insights and field intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Assist in donor engagement, strategic communications, and organizational planning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in advocacy, organizing, politics, philanthropy, civic engagement, or movement-building.

• Proven project management skills with a history of working collaboratively across teams and successfully completing projects.

• Relevant experience in areas such as electoral strategy, narrative strategy, grantmaking, and movement-building ecosystems.

• Outstanding writing, facilitation, and communication abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with c3, c4, PAC, political, advocacy, or philanthropic contexts is advantageous.
