This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead cross-functional execution that aligns with organizational objectives, strategic priorities, delivery milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across various teams, managing dependencies, sequencing, risks, and ensuring alignment in execution.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to implement strategies and guarantee the delivery of cohesive, end-to-end systems.
• Oversee organizational readiness and plan cross-functional transitions for the adoption of new systems, workflows, and operational practices.
• Create scalable operational rhythms, communication strategies, and execution frameworks that span distributed teams.
• Foster organizational alignment through program reviews, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution to sustain momentum, maintain delivery quality, and enhance business impact.
• Assist in the evolution of organizational processes, including agile methodologies, change management, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in program management, technical program management, product operations, or similar roles within software organizations, managing intricate cross-functional programs.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver complex software systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through implementation, operational transitions, and platform scaling.
• Demonstrated success in driving execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong systems thinking ability to translate complex initiatives into cohesive operational outcomes.
• Experience in leading organizational change, operational transformation, and the evolution of delivery or operational practices at scale.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, contemporary product development workflows, and AI-enhanced operational practices.
• Experience managing distributed teams across various time zones.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and operational leadership skills, particularly with executive audiences.
• Strong organizational judgment with the capability to promote alignment, accountability, and momentum across teams.
