This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee program management for the development of oncology drugs and the management of product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead to create global strategies for product development.
• Establish systems for effective program team management and communication.
• Drive strategic decision-making within the team and ensure the achievement of team goals and objectives.
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Plan and execute projects in alignment with the global asset development strategy.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across various project teams.
• Develop, validate, and maintain integrated project plans within the enterprise project system.
• Provide visual representations of project plans for teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee project goals, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Lead team planning sessions, create team charters, define project scope, and ensure alignment across global cross-functional teams.
• Implement practices for project and risk management.
• Manage oversight, planning, and control of the project budget.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver work products, presentations, governance investments, and updates.
• Offer project management support to core and sub teams.
• Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, and progress reports.
• Potentially provide alliance management for partners in drug development and lead oversight steering committees.
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 10 years of experience in clinical and drug development within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, or a Master’s Degree or higher with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
