Director, Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Lead, direct, and coordinate the Abbott New Zealand integration project team.

• Track performance against project milestones and timelines, taking corrective measures as needed.

• Provide regular updates to key leaders within the Division, Corporate, and other support teams.

• Report on project completion schedules, budgets, and adherence to statutory requirements.

• Liaise with internal and/or external regulatory agencies and officials.

• Create action plans and milestones with target dates to facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (± 16 years) in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in large-scale program and/or portfolio management that affects multiple functions and/or regions.

• Over 10 years of management/supervisory experience.

• This role will entail a 2-3 year expatriate assignment to New Zealand.
