Director, Program & Internal Alliance Manager – AI Molecular Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the enterprise strategy for AI Molecular Design (AI MD) by transforming long-term vision into a targeted, value-oriented portfolio.

• Lead the prioritization, allocation of resources, and sequencing of AI MD initiatives.

• Establish an efficient operational rhythm across initiatives and Operating Companies (OpCos).

• Serve as an integrator for the enterprise, collaborating with AI teams, OpCos, and external partners/alliances.

• Deliver clear, executive-level insights regarding performance, risks, and financial metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant industry experience in operational roles.

• Advanced degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or similar fields).

• Demonstrated success in managing complex partnerships and alliances.

• Extensive expertise in influencing and aligning stakeholders across various functions and OpCos.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

• Experience with portfolio or program management tools.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Familiarity with Danaher's business model and commercial operations (preferred).

• Proficiency in applying Danaher Business System (DBS) tools related to strategy, planning, alignment, decision-making, and tracking (preferred).

• Working knowledge or experience in related business domains such as Commercial/Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain management, etc. (preferred).
