Director, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Direct the regional Professional Services organization and convert the Global Services strategy into actionable priorities, execution plans, and measurable results.

• Manage the health of the program portfolio, ensuring effective governance, delivery predictability, and addressing risks and dependencies.

• Serve as the executive sponsor for key customers and high-profile programs.

• Address significant customer, delivery, and commercial escalations effectively.

• Take ownership of regional revenue, margin, utilization, forecasting, and overall profitability performance.

• Highlight opportunities for enhancing efficiency and expanding services revenue.

• Drive workforce and resource planning, optimizing resource allocation.

• Cultivate leadership, skill development, and organizational capabilities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Support throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Advocate for AI-driven, data-centric, and automated working methods.

• Achieve financial, customer, operational, workforce, AI, and digital success metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading Professional Services, Consulting, Delivery, or Program organizations.

• Proven track record in managing large program portfolios and engaging with strategic customers.

• Experience in leading teams that are geographically dispersed across multiple regions or countries.

• Strong expertise in commercial, financial, and operational management.

• Demonstrated accountability for revenue, profitability, utilization, and margin goals.

• Solid understanding of MSP, PRINCE2, and enterprise delivery methodologies.

• Experience in the healthcare, diagnostic informatics, healthcare IT, or software sectors is preferred.

• Professional proficiency in French and English.

• Knowledge of German or Dutch would be an advantage.
