This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the go-to-market strategy for the Engine’s API and product partnership portfolio.
• Identify key use cases, sectors, and partner profiles that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Establish partnership value propositions, pricing inputs, and launch strategies in collaboration with Product and GTM teams.
• Seek out, negotiate, and finalize strategic API and product partnerships.
• Manage your own portfolio from initial outreach to contract signing and early-stage launch.
• Structure commercially advantageous and scalable product agreements that benefit all parties.
• Collaborate closely with Product to create business cases, define requirements, and prioritize feature requests based on partner needs.
• Work with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations to transition deals from concept to implementation.
• Act as the link between external partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment and progress.
• Convert partner opportunities into specific product requirements and ROI-focused business cases.
• Influence roadmap decisions using data, market insights, and partner-driven demand.
• Ensure that partner feedback is integrated into actionable product strategies.
• Represent Engine at conferences, industry events, and high-level partner meetings.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for Engine’s platform, APIs, and partnership vision.
• Enhance Engine’s reputation as a top-tier product and platform partner.
• 8–12+ years of experience in product partnerships, platform partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements.
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for API, platform, or technology partnerships.
• Strong leadership skills across functions, especially with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Capable of developing persuasive business cases and influencing roadmap decisions.
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience representing a company at conferences or industry events is preferred.
• Travel or B2B SaaS experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
