This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Strategic Product Marketers alongside supporting content developers.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee team performance.
• Establish the process and quality standards for product marketing deliverables.
• Manage the launch process, which includes tiering, timelines, and cross-functional checkpoints.
• Direct go-to-market planning for new product introductions and significant releases.
• Synchronize timelines across product, sales, customer success, and demand generation teams.
• Conduct pilot programs to evaluate positioning and pricing prior to broader launches.
• Assess GTM initiatives against pipeline, adoption, and revenue objectives, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Take ownership of portfolio-wide positioning and messaging responsibilities.
• Keep competitive intelligence updated and integrate it into the positioning strategy.
• Ensure uniformity in website content, sales presentations, and customer communications.
• Facilitate Product Advisory Boards and establish systematic customer feedback channels.
• Manage packaging and pricing strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Finance and Product to align pricing with perceived customer value.
• Oversee the development of product marketing materials, including one-pagers and presentations.
• Equip sales teams with battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling resources.
• Collaborate with demand generation, customer marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Convert roadmap features into customer-centric value propositions in partnership with Product Management.
• Aggregate market and customer insights to inform roadmap development.
• Report GTM and pricing performance metrics to executive stakeholders.
• Manage Accounts Payable tasks for various U.S.-based entities.
• Ensure prompt processing and payment of vendor invoices.
• Assist with the monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable and corporate purchasing credit cards.
• Maintain precise records and control reports.
• Execute timely month-end closing activities.
• Handle ACH, wire transfers, and online bill payments.
• Facilitate the migration of newly acquired entities from legacy systems to the company's NetSuite application as assigned.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, including a minimum of 6 years in managing or leading a team of product marketers.
• Background in residential real estate, proptech, or a closely related field (mortgage, title, insurance, or similar).
• Knowledge of how brokers, agents, and MLSs operate.
• Proven experience in owning positioning and messaging frameworks across multiple products or a portfolio.
• Experience in managing pricing and packaging for B2B SaaS products, ideally across a multi-product portfolio.
• Demonstrated success in establishing a repeatable GTM or launch process within a large, complex organization.
• Proven experience in running structured customer feedback initiatives (advisory boards, win/loss analysis, or similar) and converting feedback into actionable decisions.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools for research, content creation, and analysis.
• Strong writing skills and sound judgment regarding launch preparedness.
• Experience collaborating with demand generation, sales, and customer marketing leadership.
