• Develop and implement comprehensive global go-to-market strategies for products, features, and AI-enhanced offerings.
• Oversee segmentation, targeting, positioning, and pricing strategies for key buyer personas.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align roadmap priorities with market opportunities and revenue implications.
• Convert intricate eDiscovery workflows into clear and persuasive value propositions.
• Create unique messaging frameworks that effectively communicate business impacts, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and risk reduction.
• Maintain consistency and scalability across all marketing and sales channels while actively participating in key narratives and campaigns.
• Manage cross-functional planning and execution of product and feature launches on a global scale.
• Establish launch frameworks, timelines, and success criteria.
• Stimulate adoption through coordinated campaigns, training, and analysis of post-launch performance.
• Develop and contribute to impactful sales enablement initiatives, including essential assets such as battlecards, pitch decks, ROI tools, and demo narratives.
• Enhance win rates and deal velocity through effective positioning.
• Support strategic deals with customized messaging and direct engagement in significant opportunities.
• Track industry trends, including regulatory changes and AI adoption.
• Conduct competitive analyses to guide positioning strategies.
• Provide insights to Product, Sales, and leadership to shape strategy and decision-making processes.
• Represent KLDiscovery across various industry channels, including webinars, events, thought leadership initiatives, and strategic engagements.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap and innovation processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team.
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability measures.
• Cultivate a data-driven, collaborative culture while leading by example through active involvement in key initiatives.
• 6-8+ years of experience in product marketing within SaaS, legal tech, or enterprise software sectors.
• Proven track record in leading global go-to-market strategies, positioning, and launches.
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery workflows and the EDRM framework.
• Experience in translating technical capabilities, including AI-driven solutions, into distinct and valuable customer benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to influence revenue outcomes through effective sales enablement, positioning, and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience using AI to enhance product marketing efforts.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, including senior stakeholders, to drive alignment.
• Experience in enterprise or global go-to-market environments.
• Preferred: Background in eDiscovery, litigation support, or compliance.
