This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the strategy, roadmap, and, most importantly, deliver outstanding products that facilitate how developers adopt and build on the Chainguard platform.
β’ Create a developer-centric platform that fosters integrations and promotes partner growth.
β’ Oversee projects from conception through to launch and beyond, continuously unlocking new customers and enhancing the product while managing maintenance and support.
β’ Collect and respond to both quantitative and qualitative data and feedback, assessing the effectiveness of your teamβs initiatives and adjusting direction as necessary.
β’ Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Partnerships, Product Marketing, UX, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring our product is easily adopted by developers and security practitioners alike. Navigate cross-functional environments with clarity and influence.
β’ Represent Chainguard externally as needed, which includes attending meetings with customers, prospects, partners, and industry analysts.
β’ Proven experience in recruiting, leading, and developing teams of Product Managers. You should possess the ability to attract and retain exceptional talent. The success of teams is measured by their collective output, and you will need support to meet your objectives.
β’ A strong technical background is essential, as you will need to quickly build credibility with developers and communicate effectively. This could be through prior experience as a developer or demonstrated success in systems, networks, or a related highly technical field.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven history of engaging deeply with customers and owning outcomes through hands-on execution and delivery.
β’ Ability to take initiative and act swiftly, even in uncertain situations.
β’ Capacity to prioritize effectively and maintain focus on the most critical tasks.
