This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
β’ Create and rigorously test pricing structures, discount models, and pricing multipliers for all current and forthcoming technologies, particularly emphasizing advanced AI capabilities and Compute Capacity Units (CCU).
β’ Develop extensive financial models that include COGS, revenue forecasts, and gross margin effects to ensure that all pricing and packaging strategies promote sustainable business development.
β’ Design and implement transition frameworks (the "carrots and sticks") necessary for the effective and smooth migration of existing customers from legacy pricing.
β’ Take responsibility for the ongoing effectiveness of the CCU meter, ensuring it remains attractive in the observability market while driving customer adoption and revenue growth.
β’ Over 10 years of product management experience in SaaS or cloud infrastructure, including more than 6 years in leadership roles overseeing product managers.
β’ Proven track record of ownership in consumption-based pricing, monetization strategies, billing systems, or metering solutions at an enterprise level.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying a clear vision to engineers, executives, and customers alike.
β’ A strong data-driven approach, adept at balancing intricate quantitative analyses with a keen sense of user empathy.
β’ Demonstrated expertise in influencing cross-functional teams and executives within a high-growth, dynamic environment.
