This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.
• Oversee product management initiatives concentrated on the Acquisition & Onboarding portfolio within the Government sector.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at boosting membership growth and improving member retention.
• Enhance the onboarding experience to promote engagement and instill confidence among government members.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to uncover unmet needs.
• Create new products and experiences that deliver lasting value to customers and the business.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap with key stakeholders to secure their support.
• Develop and sustain a detailed multi-year product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from conceptualization to launch.
• Oversee the product backlog, prioritize features, and monitor progress relative to timelines, budgets, and value realization.
• Track product performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.
• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational enhancement, and/or consulting.
• 5 years of experience in a Management or leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of membership, rates, financial, economic, and competitive data.
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products that fulfill customer needs and drive business growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of the health insurance and health system landscape, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
• Experience with sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, member experience blueprints, and visual concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
