Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee the long-term strategy and vision for the Pindrop Platform, ensuring alignment among Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership regarding platform priorities and business objectives.

• Specify the evolution of shared platform capabilities — such as AI/ML services, APIs, integrations, observability, identity, security, entitlements, orchestration, and configuration management — to facilitate enterprise-scale growth.

• Lead the prioritization of foundational platform investments, customer-facing platform services, and innovation initiatives, balancing scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency while establishing governance models, product operating frameworks, and execution standards to enhance consistency.

• Work closely with GTM leadership to establish commercialization strategies, positioning, messaging, packaging, and launch plans for customer-facing platform features.

• Engage frequently with customers and partners utilizing platform capabilities (e.g., Pindrop Intelligence APIs, data services) to gain insights into use cases, workflows, and unmet needs.

• Oversee organizational goals, business metrics, and KPIs for the platform, focusing on adoption, reliability, performance, and developer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including substantial leadership experience in platform, infrastructure, AI/ML, API, data, or developer ecosystem products.

• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, developer tooling, and enterprise-scale platform operations.

• Proven track record of influencing and aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation abilities.
