Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and advance the product strategy and roadmap for an early-stage application.

• Lead and nurture a team of product managers.

• Foster a culture of continuous discovery.

• Ensure alignment across product, engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.

• Establish standards for how strategies, goals, and priorities are communicated.

• Be responsible for the performance of the product experiences within your pillar.

• Contribute to the development of MFP's product operating model.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including 1-2 years of managing and mentoring other PMs.

• Proven track record of leading multiple squads or a product pillar with measurable effects on both customers and the business.

• Extensive knowledge of the product operating model.

• Demonstrated capacity to set and convey strategy in a manner that inspires teams and fosters alignment.

• Strong inclination towards taking action.

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven iteration on a large scale.

• Background in leading the development of consumer-facing products for native iOS and Android applications.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
