📋 Description

• Take charge of the product retention and growth strategy for our Assessments sector, overseeing everything from opportunity identification to iterative delivery, go-to-market execution, and value adoption.

• Formulate product strategy for new capabilities, target new customer segments, and explore entry into adjacent markets.

• Lead a team of Product Managers operating with an AI-first mindset, mentoring PMs to accelerate time-to-validation, enhance decision-making, and boost delivery velocity.

• Collaborate directly with global customers, including institutions of all sizes from K-12 to higher education, ensuring their perspectives are reflected in every decision.

• Influence product direction and investment priorities through competitive analysis and market intelligence, taking responsibility for growth, retention, and adoption metrics.

• Participate in annual planning, aligning domain growth investments with organizational objectives and resource limitations; consistently report on progress and achievements against the plan.

• Work alongside marketing, sales, customer success, analytics, and the wider R&D organization to synchronize priorities, craft successful go-to-market strategies, and ensure product investments align with business goals and outcomes.

• Articulate growth strategy to executive stakeholders, fostering conviction for investment and alignment across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of product management experience, with a proven history of managing a product line at significant scale—preferably within SaaS, EdTech, or similar enterprise B2B settings.

• Experience in leading and developing PM teams, rather than merely managing them.

• Preferred location: East Coast, US.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

• Demonstrated ownership of retention, ARR, and growth results.

• A strong perspective on AI in the education technology sector.

• An innovative mindset and the readiness to challenge existing norms.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive compensation, along with participation in our employee ownership program, ensuring everyone has a stake in our success.

• A flexible work culture. Our remote, hybrid, and in-office collaboration spaces vary depending on role, team, and location.

• Generous time off policy, which includes local holidays and our annual “Dim the Lights” period in late December, when teams are encouraged to take a step back and recharge based on departmental needs.

• Comprehensive wellness programs and mental health support.

• Access to learning and development resources, including professional development tools and tuition reimbursement, to help you grow.

• The necessary technology and tools to perform your best work.

• Motivosity employee recognition program.

• A culture grounded in inclusivity, support, and meaningful connections.
