This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product retention and growth strategy for our Assessments sector, overseeing everything from opportunity identification to iterative delivery, go-to-market execution, and value adoption.
• Formulate product strategy for new capabilities, target new customer segments, and explore entry into adjacent markets.
• Lead a team of Product Managers operating with an AI-first mindset, mentoring PMs to accelerate time-to-validation, enhance decision-making, and boost delivery velocity.
• Collaborate directly with global customers, including institutions of all sizes from K-12 to higher education, ensuring their perspectives are reflected in every decision.
• Influence product direction and investment priorities through competitive analysis and market intelligence, taking responsibility for growth, retention, and adoption metrics.
• Participate in annual planning, aligning domain growth investments with organizational objectives and resource limitations; consistently report on progress and achievements against the plan.
• Work alongside marketing, sales, customer success, analytics, and the wider R&D organization to synchronize priorities, craft successful go-to-market strategies, and ensure product investments align with business goals and outcomes.
• Articulate growth strategy to executive stakeholders, fostering conviction for investment and alignment across teams.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, with a proven history of managing a product line at significant scale—preferably within SaaS, EdTech, or similar enterprise B2B settings.
• Experience in leading and developing PM teams, rather than merely managing them.
• Preferred location: East Coast, US.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Demonstrated ownership of retention, ARR, and growth results.
• A strong perspective on AI in the education technology sector.
