Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop the roadmap for the Platform Experience (Teaching & Learning).

• Take ownership of prioritization recommendations throughout the teacher workflow—from content discovery and curation to assignment, grading, and AI-driven suggestions.

• Foster alignment among global teams.

• Collaborate with Product Managers (Dublin), Engineering (Dublin & India), UX, Curriculum, and Data/AI teams from Discovery to Delivery.

• Define and communicate the North Star vision.

• Create and convey an inspiring product vision: Near-term: measurable savings in teacher time; Long-term: an AI-driven instructional loop.

• Streamline and simplify the user experience.

• Identify and consolidate fragmented or overlapping features into cohesive, user-friendly workflows.

• Convert insights into actionable steps.

• Collaborate with UX Research and customer-facing teams to distill teacher and district needs into definitive product priorities.

• Build trust among stakeholders.

• Restore confidence in product direction by providing clarity, structure, and thoughtful prioritization for complex decisions.

• Collaborate across various domains and functions.

• Develop partnerships with Product leadership across functions (Experience, Insights, Infrastructure) to ensure our teams operate efficiently and have the necessary resources to thrive as we expand.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in Product Management (or equivalent expertise).

• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives through influence.

• Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams is highly advantageous.

• Preferred background in EdTech, SaaS, or workflow-driven products.

• Familiarity with data-informed or AI-enabled products is a plus.

• Experience at a Director-level position, or readiness to transition from a high-performing Senior PM or equivalent.

• Proficiency in English is required for collaboration with international teams.
