This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Take charge of product strategy across Care, Clinical Workflows, and Unified Workflows product lines; convert ambiguous business opportunities into clear product direction across various roadmap domains and cross-functional teams.
• Enhance operational efficiency through technology by extending current systems and introducing AI-native capabilities, including agentic, generative, and predictive solutions; advocate for AI competency and adoption as a fundamental expectation within the product organization.
• Achieve measurable outcomes in patient care, clinical performance, operational efficiency, and business objectives; consistently assess product impact through instrumentation, analytics, and iterative improvement cycles.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers; elevate the craft of product management, ownership, prioritization, and decision-making quality across the organization.
• Prioritize competing requests from Clinical, Care, Operations, and Commercial stakeholders with precision; communicate and justify product trade-offs using data, strategic judgment, and business impact analysis.
• Establish and sustain operational rigor across intake processes, prioritization frameworks, roadmap lifecycle management, OKRs/KPIs, and audit mechanisms to enhance execution consistency and visibility.
• Work with a rapid iteration mindset by delivering product enhancements in weeks rather than quarters; measure outcomes, collect feedback, and adjust strategy and execution accordingly.
• Influence senior leaders and executives throughout the organization; independently address cross-functional conflicts and craft investment narratives that align teams with shared strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership on platform architecture, integrations, scalability, performance, reliability, and long-term technical strategy within the product domain.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of people management experience within Product Management organizations.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of a product line, platform, or business domain.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-native products in production environments, including agentic, generative, or predictive AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize across competing stakeholder demands and defend trade-offs using data-driven decision-making and sound judgment.
• Experience implementing operational rigor within product organizations, encompassing intake processes, prioritization frameworks, OKRs/KPIs, and lifecycle governance.
• Experience working in fast-paced, continuous-improvement environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Strong technical fluency with the capability to evaluate architectural trade-offs, deconstruct complex systems, and collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills, with experience presenting strategic investment cases and organizational narratives.
• Proficiency with modern product management and collaboration tools, including GSuite, Slack, Linear, Jira, Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms such as Looker, Mode, or Hex.
