Director, Product Management – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for the agentic AI experience.

• Foster ongoing enhancements in AI agent performance.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders to convert needs into product requirements.

• Work alongside the BIH human-in-the-loop team to ensure a smooth transition between AI-led and human-led workflows.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a Product Manager and Product Owner.

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• More than 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• Strong capability to transform ambiguous challenges into clear prioritization, PRDs, and user stories.

• Proven experience in leading and nurturing product teams.

• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration.
