This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Driving excellence in operations, enabling AI capabilities, and overseeing product lifecycle governance throughout the Product organization.
• Leading Product Operations functions that facilitate operational scalability, tooling strategies, cross-functional coordination, and consistent execution across product development initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with Product leadership to enhance operational effectiveness via process optimization, adoption of tools, AI-driven workflow enhancements, and organizational enablement efforts that bolster product delivery and execution quality in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Identifying, assessing, and implementing AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle — including roadmapping, requirements gathering, design, content operations, and documentation — to achieve measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Advocating for AI utilization within the Product organization, steering adoption and change management to integrate AI into workflows and enhance business outcomes.
• Overseeing the tooling strategy for the Product organization, with a focus on efficiency, adoption, and return on investment.
• Developing and scaling a training program that encompasses onboarding, skills enhancement, and continuous development for product roles.
• Fostering and maintaining a collaborative atmosphere with stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, sales, customer success, and leadership to ensure that strategic objectives are fulfilled.
• Facilitating decision-making forums within the product operating cadence to identify risks, prioritize initiatives, and align teams more swiftly.
• Over 10 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related area at a prominent digital health or technology company.
• Demonstrated success in implementing AI tools at scale, particularly within product or management teams, showcasing measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Proven experience in designing and scaling processes that significantly enhance efficiency, accuracy, or performance, supported by robust data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, particularly within a technology-driven organization.
• Capable of deconstructing complex challenges, identifying root causes, devising solutions, and orchestrating the implementation.
• Works autonomously — establishes direction and delivers results on high-impact, cross-functional projects.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, relationship cultivation, and communication across executive levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations on roadmap progress, quarterly goals, and organization-wide efforts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Airtable, Productboard, and modern AI assistants.
• Experience in a B2B2C software company is preferred; experience in the healthcare sector is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
