📋 Description

• Lead, nurture, coach, and mentor a team of design managers.

• Engage with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their operations and personnel.

• Deliver high-quality designs tailored to customer requirements.

• Define and drive the product design strategy across various product areas.

• 4–6 years or more of experience in product design management.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates the capability to lead teams in delivering elegant solutions to complex challenges.

• Proven track record of implementing significant improvements to UX that yield customer and business benefits.

• Experience in hiring, nurturing, and retaining exceptional talent.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality experiences.

• Background in identifying and implementing changes that enhance employee experiences.

• Expertise in providing constructive feedback that fosters career development and enhances product quality.
