Director, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, acting as both a mentor and a hands-on product leader.

• Collaborate with the CTO and executive leadership to define and implement product strategies that align with company objectives.

• Take ownership of various strategic initiatives from initial discovery to customer adoption, ensuring successful implementation and positive business impact.

• Drive product prioritization and decision-making by utilizing customer insights, data analysis, technical factors, and company strategy.

• Advocate for the roadmap and future vision directly with customers.

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, AI, Data, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Account Management, and other business leaders to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.

• Cultivate a high-performing product organization that promotes a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Remain at the cutting edge of AI technologies, tools, and best practices, advocating for AI-first product development and integrating AI into daily product management activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing Product Managers and developing high-performing product teams.

• Demonstrated success in leading product strategy and execution for complex B2B SaaS products.

• Experience in HR technology, enterprise SaaS, AI-driven, or data-focused organizations.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical limitations.

• Comprehensive understanding of modern software architecture and the capability to collaborate effectively with engineering leaders.

• Extensive hands-on experience utilizing AI tools and frameworks in daily product management, with a commitment to staying informed about emerging AI trends and technologies.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in influencing decisions at the executive level.
