This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Oversee the complete procurement process across a multi-site market, ensuring achievements in financial, operational, and timeline objectives.
• Convert enterprise initiatives into replicable, field-executable processes that can efficiently scale across 50 to 100 locations.
• Spearhead market-level initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement and supply chain performance, focusing on utilization optimization, purchased services, and capital allocation efficiency.
• Collaborate with MCFOs and MCSOs to synchronize procurement strategies with EBITDA goals and priorities for service line growth.
• Guarantee compliance with Tenet / USPI procurement standards at the facility level, including adherence to GPO guidelines, contract and preferred vendor alignment, and capital approval protocols.
• Promote the use of standardized supply and capital templates across service lines to ensure consistency, efficiency, and pricing integrity at all facilities.
• Leverage established enterprise scorecard metrics to motivate actions, uphold accountability, and identify priority interventions.
• Conduct regular performance assessments of materials management at both market and facility levels with leadership, translating data into actionable and measurable outcomes.
• Cultivate a culture focused on continuous performance and process enhancement, ensuring lasting improvements and operational discipline throughout the market.
• Facilitate the smooth onboarding and integration of new facilities into USPI procurement systems, contracts, and operating standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% - **Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be assessed for finalists.**
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, ideally within healthcare or multi-site settings.
• Demonstrated experience in leading through influence within large, indirect teams and intricate reporting structures.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior operational and financial leaders (e.g., CFOs, strategy, operations).
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Established ability to enforce standards, promote accountability, and drive change within complex organizations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MMIS platforms.
