This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with Regional General Managers, Sales VPs, and Sales Directors to formulate and support sales strategies and account plans aimed at meeting sales objectives in the designated region.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and lead a team of skilled Solution Engineers who consistently exceed sales goals.
• Assist Solution Engineers in establishing effective partnerships with Sales Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, facilitating the closing of deals.
• Interact with clients' C-level executives to comprehend their IT Roadmap and position the Rimini Solution Portfolio to tackle clients' challenges based on business cases, ROI, and risk assessments.
• Provide coaching and ensure quality control over Solution Engineers' activities such as solution scoping, functional/technical Q&A, solution design, pricing calculations, proposal development, RFPs, and presentations to prospects and clients.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives that support the growth and profitability of Rimini Street product lines.
• Travel will be necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales or solution architecture leadership role or a comparable position, with a proven ability to build teams that achieve strong sales results against target plans.
• Significant experience within the SAP or Oracle Applications ecosystem, including software and/or services that support the sales cycle, with a demonstrated history of contributing to deal closures.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
• Background in a “consultative selling” environment, with experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Extensive expertise in providing solutions for SAP or Oracle support and managed services.
• Deep knowledge of SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, RISE, etc.) or Oracle (EBS, Oracle DB, Oracle Business Suite, Fusion) products.
• Experience in crafting proposals for Managed Services and estimating staffing and costs is advantageous.
