This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation and execution of the healthcare equity commitment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce healthcare disparities.
• Accountable for conducting investigative data analysis, developing solutions, and executing significant initiatives.
• Work in partnership with other leaders to design and implement processes, pilot programs, and collaborations aimed at mitigating healthcare inequity and disparities.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in a clinical setting is required (preferred settings include FQHC, RHC, academic medical center, integrated health system, community health practice), with at least 5 years of proven experience in leading and executing healthcare equity-focused clinical quality programs and process improvement initiatives.
• Formal education as a clinician, allied health professional, or in public health, epidemiology, health services research, quality improvement, data analytics, or health informatics is highly preferred.
