Director – PMO, Aviation Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the PMO framework, governance structure, and operational model for significant aviation and infrastructure initiatives.

• Manage integrated program controls, which encompass cost management, scheduling, risk assessment, and performance reporting.

• Lead the program’s risk management strategy, focusing on identification, evaluation, mitigation, and reporting.

• Act as the main PMO liaison to client executives, governance boards, and delivery partners.

• Guide and mentor a diverse PMO team specializing in controls, reporting, governance, and analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or program controls for large capital projects.

• Demonstrated experience in aviation, transportation, or extensive infrastructure delivery.

• Strong knowledge in governance, program controls, reporting, and risk/change management.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively influence senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present to executive-level audiences.
