This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Establish and oversee the PMO framework, governance model, and operational structure for significant aviation and infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage integrated program controls, encompassing cost management, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Direct the risk management framework of the program, including the identification, quantification, mitigation, and reporting of risks.
• Act as the primary PMO representative for client executives, governance boards, and delivery partners.
• Lead and mentor a diverse PMO team focused on controls, reporting, governance, and analytics.
• Over 12 years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or program controls for substantial capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience in aviation, transportation, or the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in governance, program controls, reporting, and risk/change management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to present to executive-level audiences.
