This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of and oversee the product backlog: Decompose extensive features into manageable segments, prioritize them, and ensure they align with business objectives.
• Interact directly with customers to gather insights on their platform product needs and convert these insights into backlog priorities.
• Serve as the primary expert for internal teams regarding product functionality, capabilities, and the implications of proposed modifications.
• Work closely with R&D teams to elucidate requirements, supply context, and assist in development and QA processes.
• Refine and confirm business requirements for the Platform teams and other Cujo Products.
• Continually evaluate the value of the backlog to guarantee prioritization meets customer and business demands.
• Define release content through discovery and grooming sessions with stakeholders and fellow product owners.
• Ensure the punctual delivery of product increments in tandem with stakeholders and development teams.
• Align with product leadership to comprehend strategic priorities and convert them into actionable plans.
• Propel execution in agile settings, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or Lead Engineer role within the ISP sector.
• Strong technical expertise with the capability to grasp complex systems and business logic.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile environments.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
• An analytical mindset capable of balancing attention to detail with a broader perspective.
