Director, Platform Operations – Medicaid Proposals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Lead the Platform Operations team by setting priorities, defining performance expectations, and identifying development opportunities.

• Supervise proposal workflows, governance processes, documentation, and operational standards.

• Manage proposal platforms, reporting tools, and the overall operational infrastructure.

• Leverage reporting, analytics, and capacity planning insights to guide decision-making.

• Drive change management initiatives, training programs, and adoption strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in proposal operations, business operations, program management, project management, or operational excellence.

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Proven experience in developing and enhancing business processes, workflows, and operational governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with collaboration, workflow, reporting, and project management tools such as SharePoint and Asana.

• Strong skills in analytics, communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
