This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee governance and reporting of residential sales performance throughout the organization
• Evaluate performance across various channels, markets, and products
• Recognize trends, performance gaps, and the underlying causes of variances
• Create and monitor gap plans that include actions, responsible parties, and timelines
• Raise awareness of stalled actions and ensure tracking of resolutions until completion
• Integrate cross-functional contributions into narratives suitable for leadership
• Convert complex data into actionable deliverables for executives
• Uphold consistent reporting definitions and performance metrics
• Collaborate with regional and channel leaders, Finance, and Sales Strategy on targets, forecasts, and corrective measures
• Contribute to Astound’s Inclusion and Belonging initiatives
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Over 8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial analytics, business intelligence, performance management, or related analytical leadership roles
• Proven experience supporting decision-making at the executive level
• Strong preference for experience in the telecommunications or subscription-based sectors
• Familiarity with recurring revenue business models and key performance drivers
• Competence in analyzing and reporting on subscriber growth, sales conversion, revenue achievement, retention, churn, ARPU, connect/disconnect activity, forecast accuracy, and market or channel productivity
• Experience in establishing and managing enterprise performance metrics, KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and dashboard environments
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in converting complex datasets into actionable business insights and executive recommendations
• Background in developing and maintaining high-quality reporting and presentations for executives, boards, or investors
• Strong financial understanding linking operational drivers to revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term goals
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Strong preference for experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Snowflake, or other business intelligence and analytics platforms
• Ability to influence leaders and ensure accountability through data-driven insights and executive communication, even without direct authority
• Knowledge of telecommunications subscriber economics
• Understanding of sales channel management within a telecommunications context
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities
• Possess executive presence and credibility with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and board-level audiences
