Director, People Strategic Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders to create and implement People strategies that align with business objectives

• Spearhead initiatives focused on employee engagement, organizational development, and change management

• Oversee performance management cycles, facilitate talent development programs, and establish effective succession plans

• Skillfully handle employee relations, ensuring adherence to fair and compliant practices

• Guide and mentor designated members of the People team

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of advancing HR Management experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and HR best practices

• Proficient in utilizing data tools (Excel, MS Office/Google Apps)
