📋 Description

• Act as the primary People Partner for the PSC Division President and the IPM leadership team.

• Offer insights on talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and overall organizational health.

• Develop and implement people strategies that align with PSC and IPM business objectives while integrating GOS talent strategies and People COE programs.

• Convert business strategies into actionable people priorities, identifying talent risks, capability gaps, and growth opportunities.

• Provide counsel on complex organizational and talent-related issues.

• Implement strategic people programs such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, workforce planning, and change management.

• Mentor and advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and team performance.

• Collaborate with People COEs, Employee Relations, Legal, and business leaders to establish policy, governance, and best practices.

• Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, leadership assessments, and development planning for critical and high-potential talent.

• Facilitate strategies for leadership development and executive coaching.

• Advocate for diversity, inclusion, belonging, and engagement initiatives.

• Propel organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.

• Evaluate organizational effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to create strategic hiring plans and develop the leadership pipeline.

• Assist with transformation, restructuring, integration, and operating model initiatives.

• Utilize workforce analytics, business data, and talent insights to guide decision-making.

• Formulate data-driven recommendations aimed at improving business outcomes and workforce efficiency.

• Partner with Compensation leadership on benchmarking, job architecture, organizational alignment, and compensation program reviews.

• Work collaboratively across GOS, service lines, regions, and functions to address shared talent priorities and organizational challenges.

• Contribute to growth, operational excellence, transformation, and change management efforts.

• Promote accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.

• At least 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partnering or People Partnering experience, including engagement with senior leadership teams.

• Proficiency in talent management, succession planning, organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership.

• Experience working with large, complex, matrixed organizations with multi-regional or global operations.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders and achieve business-aligned talent outcomes.

• Capability to function effectively within a highly matrixed, global environment.

• Outstanding consulting, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical skills to leverage workforce data and insights for decision-making.

• Executive presence with the ability to influence and build credibility at all organizational levels.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic focus.
