This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee essential features and integrations with project management platforms serving more than 10,000 users worldwide.
• Create technology platforms that are applicable at local, regional, and global levels.
• Map digitized processes comprehensively and conduct cross-functional improvement workshops.
• Identify and achieve strategic objectives for the PDS business line.
• Collaborate with JLL Technologies' product and engineering teams on platform integrations involving finance and sourcing applications.
• Manage technology sales support, deployment, updates, training, and compliance efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, manage feedback channels, and enhance technology platforms.
• Supervise JLL Technologies support deliverables while facilitating automation and digitization initiatives.
• Assist with implementation activities, which include standard operating procedures, data migration, and end-user training.
• Oversee operational functions through internal resources and shared service center partners.
• At least 10 years of experience in technology and business operations.
• Proven experience working across various business lines in a cross-functional capacity.
• Background in transformational roles that involve influencing, motivating, and coaching diverse teams through change.
• Experience in collaborating across functions and businesses to drive results.
• Strong ability to communicate with and influence executives, as well as internal and external customers.
• Capability to articulate digital concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to technologists.
• Experience in leading the deployment of automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
• Proficient in establishing repeatable processes and programs.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
• Commitment to ethical standards and a collaborative approach.
• Expertise in global program and initiative delivery.
• Capability to work across different regions.
