This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Design and implement a comprehensive Payor Integration Strategy by leading and mentoring a high-performing team focused on national and regional payors.
• Take ownership of Payor Channel Activation and Growth, ensuring accountability for expanding our Payor Partner member base.
• Connect SonderMind’s narrative to the needs of Payors by utilizing your extensive Payor experience to articulate SonderMind’s AI-powered solutions as compelling ROI and clinical-utility narratives for Payor Medical Directors and Actuaries.
• Influence the Product Roadmap by acting as the "Voice of the Payor" within the organization, fostering cross-functional alignment with Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams to ensure our digital solutions address real-world payor challenges (such as network adequacy, HEDIS measures, and total cost of care).
• Enhance Market Visibility by representing SonderMind as a thought leader at national conferences (BHT, HLTH, AHIP), establishing the company as the leading partner for innovative behavioral health.
• Oversee Playbook Development and Team Growth by managing the payor enablement budget and crafting the internal "playbook" for scaling enterprise accounts from implementation to long-term growth while demonstrating best practices for your team.
• Promote Data-Driven Decision Making by assessing and implementing AI-driven tools to automate routine payor reporting and enhance the team's capacity to deliver data-driven clinical insights.
• You possess extensive experience and established relationships with Payors, including a minimum of 7 years in high-level B2B health tech partnerships or value-based strategy.
• A proven history of successfully navigating complex Payor landscapes and organizations to secure seven-figure, multi-stakeholder deals.
• In-depth understanding and familiarity with the payor landscape and its dynamics.
• Experience in managing and scaling high-performing teams, emphasizing professional development and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through significant strategic changes or organizational transformations.
• A confident communicator capable of translating clinical value into business impact and aligning business priorities with clinical strategy.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes and workflows are still being established, with the ability to build infrastructure while closing deals concurrently.
