This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborates with the National Account, Pricing & Portfolio Strategy team to formulate effective strategies.
• Develops tailored account-specific and portfolio contract strategies aligned with the sales objectives of the Business Unit and customer requirements; coordinates Account strategy with other critical functions such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Managed Care to ensure cross-functional support.
• Creates pricing, contracting, and channel strategies to enhance patient access and profitability for both new and existing immunology products, focusing on the entire commercialization spectrum.
• Accountable for the strategic and financial assessment of possible contracting initiatives, supporting customer negotiations, and overseeing comprehensive Brand payer contract execution.
• Aids in the formulation of market access strategies for both current and upcoming products by executing pre-modelling scenarios for market and competitor assessments, as well as stakeholder, pricing, and channel research.
• Operates within ethical and compliance guidelines, fostering a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination and harassment.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of education is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Market Access, payer roles, or related fields.
• Comprehensive understanding of US healthcare economics and the factors influencing pharmaceutical demand, including pricing and reimbursement mechanisms.
• Extensive background in healthcare contracting and a critical understanding of PBM, National and Regional Health Plans, Medicare Part D, Medicare Part B, and the evolving market landscape.
• Proven track record of successfully navigating complex customer environments and establishing relationships with all key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Demonstrated skills in prioritization, organization, and analysis, along with the capability to devise solutions for complex processes and procedures.
• Inspirational leadership qualities with substantial leadership experience, high self-awareness, and a curiosity-driven approach focused on empowering others.
• In-depth knowledge of patient access, launch excellence, marketing, and business processes, coupled with the ability to analyze intricate business challenges.
