Director – Patient and Provider Access Support Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of HUB, copay, and patient assistance initiatives.

• Assist in planning and executing oncology product launches.

• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance metrics.

• Collaborate with outsourced Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) to ensure patient services are aligned with field reimbursement support and provider requirements.

• Work in partnership with teams across Market Access, Commercial, Medical, Trade, Compliance, and Finance.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to therapy, approval rates, and patient adherence.

• Gather insights from the field and convert them into actionable strategies to improve patient access and support.

• Collaborate with Market Access Strategy to create suitable tools and resources for service offerings.

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

• Constantly strive to enhance the patient experience.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Patient Services, Market Access, or equivalent fields.

• Experience in oncology or specialty products is essential.

• Proven track record of supporting product launches.

• In-depth understanding of HUB services, reimbursement processes, and patient access models.

• Strong knowledge of oncology patient access and reimbursement, including buy-and-bill dynamics, provider economics, and site-of-care considerations in both community and academic environments.

• Experience in collaborating with Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) and aligning patient services programs with field reimbursement strategies.
