📋 Description

• Cultivate executive-level partnerships by defining and implementing business objectives that align with Elemica’s sales strategy.

• Design programs for partners that enhance Elemica’s revenue generated from partner interactions.

• Identify the ideal partner composition based on Elemica’s resources and assets.

• Develop the partner program across various segments, ensuring a balance between immediate rewards and long-term growth goals.

• Recruit, retain, and nurture talent within the partner team.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate and convey strategies aimed at bridging service gaps.

• Foster essential partner relationships to understand their priorities, success metrics, and planning cycles, facilitating growth opportunities.

• Build internal networks with regional leadership, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and IT to enhance awareness of partner capabilities and success criteria.

• Establish connections with key market stakeholders to advance partner business objectives.

• Align business goals, objectives, and investments to foster innovation and growth within partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise-level IT/software sales and partner development.

• A high-growth mindset coupled with strong commercial acumen.

• Experience in supply chain management is essential.

• Preferred background in Chemical/Oil/Gas or Process Manufacturing sectors.

• Familiarity with the Supply Chain System Integrator and/or Supply Chain Application landscape.

• Proven experience in constructing or transforming a partner program to boost channel growth.

• Professional demeanor, with accessibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.

• Demonstrated ownership, drive, and resilience.

• Proven accountability with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Confidence to serve as a genuine advocate and to express concerns when necessary.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to identify root causes and propose solutions.

• Excellent communication skills in a professional setting.

• Proficiency in using standard business applications.

• Ability to respond to client inquiries with empathy, strategic guidance, and promptness.

• Enthusiasm for collaborating with a diverse global team.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
