Director, Partnership Management – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the APAC Payments Lead, this role is essential in promoting adoption and success across Circle’s product offerings to key payment distribution targets, such as wallet companies, financial institutions, and commerce platforms.

• You will be accountable for developing pioneering partnerships from early-stage design through to launch, activation, and growth.

• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders within Circle’s Partnerships, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams, you will manage onboarding, operational needs, strategic growth initiatives, escalations, and daily requirements.

• You will establish and nurture enduring partnerships with key accounts by providing innovative direction to business leadership and identifying and pursuing shared objectives.

• Your role will include defining a thorough relationship strategy for each partner, which involves building a strong working relationship with Circle’s leadership team for executive sponsorship, business reviews, product adoption, campaign management, and suggestions for enhancing our partner's long-term value.

• Most importantly, you will lay the groundwork for our long-term, successful customer relationships based on mutual trust and transparency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development

• A background in Payments, fintech, and digital assets

• Proficiency in navigating organizations based in Asia

• A sense of ownership, grit, resilience, and a positive attitude

• Capability to develop insights into partners’ businesses, goals, and use cases

• A strong commitment to customer success: your primary responsibility is to advocate for your customers' best interests and growth by driving solid, measurable outcomes

• Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is highly preferred
