• Manage relationships with partners: Act as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor for senior living executive teams.
• Foster partner success: Comprehend operator objectives and challenges; identify avenues for enhanced engagement, operational improvements, shared outcomes, and same-store growth.
• Represent Curana Health: Articulate our mission, values, and capabilities with professionalism and credibility in all interactions with partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside clinical operations, analytics, marketing, product, business development, and other teams to guarantee smooth execution for partners.
• Lead performance evaluations and reporting: Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and ad hoc analyses; keep track of key success metrics such as adoption, patient engagement, satisfaction, and value-based care performance.
• Present value-based care results: Share outcomes like ACO gainsharing and clinical quality metrics externally while advising internal teams on what is most important to partners.
• Manage escalations and risks: Anticipate potential issues, navigate complex situations, and drive prompt resolutions.
• Contribute strategically: Offer partner and market insights that inform Curana Health’s growth strategies and service development.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, partner/client success, strategic operations, and/or account management within healthcare (strong preference for experience in value-based care, senior living, post-acute care, or similar settings).
• Experience in a high-growth organization (e.g., private equity- or venture-backed) and the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing executive-level relationships and influencing across complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of translating insights into clear recommendations and actionable steps.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable creating and delivering executive-ready materials (PowerPoint/Excel) and leading Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborative, outcome-driven leadership style; adept at aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel as business needs arise (approximately 1-3 times per quarter).
• Experience in people leadership (or a strong desire and readiness to manage) is preferred; this role may involve direct reports.
