This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and oversee a vast region of Partners with Care Stations, focusing on outcomes and renewals.
• Formulate strategies for the designated region and manage essential senior relationships and accounts.
• Lead a team of Partner Impact Managers responsible for daily operations and fostering individual relationships on the ground.
• Influence and respond to executive-level escalations involving senior partner stakeholders.
• Maintain the overall health of the Partner Impact region while ensuring the team meets outcome expectations.
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders at strategic partner organizations, including health system executives, government program leaders, and employer benefits leaders, to achieve desired outcomes.
• Integrate the practice of data-driven storytelling into the reporting and presentation of insights by the Partner Impact team.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with Product, Clinical, Sales, and Operations to ensure partner needs guide OnMed’s development roadmap.
• Convert partner and community outcomes into a cohesive impact narrative for OnMed’s board, investors, and public stakeholders.
• Recruit and onboard talent aligned with the mission for the Partner Impact team.
• Execute additional responsibilities related to the role as assigned.
• Proven experience in building or significantly scaling a partner- or impact-oriented function, rather than merely managing within one.
• Extensive background in settings where mission-driven goals and rigor are essential, such as nonprofit or healthcare consulting, public-sector transformation, social-impact programs, or purpose-driven health technology.
• Capability to command the attention of both health system executives and community health workers with equal credibility.
• A systems thinker who discerns patterns across a portfolio and develops sustainable solutions rather than temporary fixes.
• Establish the practice of data-driven storytelling within the Partner Impact team’s reporting, presentations, and pitches.
• A people leader who elevates others by setting high standards instead of lowering expectations.
• Outstanding communicator — writes clearly, presents confidently, and listens purposefully.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in Public Health, Public Policy, or Business Administration preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in management consulting, nonprofit strategy, or public-sector/impact program leadership, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in client-facing or partner-facing roles at a consulting firm serving nonprofits, government, or public health clients.
• Developed community health, population health, or health equity programs on a large scale.
• Proficient in translating complex data for senior executives.
